Tiny Invaders, Big Fight Ahead: Help Us Save the Iyanee' Ranch House from Termite Damage

When Nature Fights Back: The Termite Problem We Didn't See Coming

We've faced a lot of challenges on the road to restoring the ranch house at Iyanee' Ranch in Floresville, but nothing quite like discovering we had tiny, uninvited guests eating away at the very walls we were working to rebuild.

Termites.

It's a setback no one plans for, but one that demands an immediate response. The damage is real, the repair costs are significant, and the mission is too important to let this stop us.

That's why we're launching Phase Two of the Iyanee' House Fund and we need your support now more than ever.

What Is the Iyanee' House Fund?

The Iyanee' House Fund is a community-powered initiative dedicated to restoring and upgrading the historic ranch house at the newly acquired Iyanee' Ranch in Floresville, Texas. This isn't just a building — it's a future home for cultural education, Indigenous land stewardship, community gatherings, and regenerative farming programs.

Phase One: You Made It Happen

In August, thanks to the generosity of supporters like you, we raised $2,000 to cover urgent repairs including flooring and critical structural updates. Phase One is complete, and it was only possible because of this community's incredible heart.

Phase Two: The Real Work Begins

Now we're moving into the next chapter.

Our Phase Two goal is $7,000 total, which includes:

  • The $2,000 already raised in Phase One

  • An additional $5,000 to cover termite damage remediation, remodeling, and contractor costs

Every dollar raised in Phase Two goes directly toward making the Iyanee' Ranch House fully functional, not someday, but as soon as possible.

The Cost of Doing Nothing Is Too High

Termite damage doesn't wait. Every day without remediation means the damage compounds, costs rise, and the timeline for all the programs that depend on this space gets pushed further out. The community gatherings, the ag initiatives, the cultural education, all of it is on hold until the ranch house is sound.

We've come too far to stop now,

How Your Donation Makes a Direct Difference

Whether you give $5 or $500, your contribution moves us one step closer to the finish line. Here's what Phase Two funding will accomplish:

  • Full termite damage assessment and remediation

  • Professional remodeling and structural restoration

  • Contractor costs to bring the ranch house up to full functionality

  • A completed space ready to serve the community, the land, and future generations

Join the Fight; Donate to Phase Two Today

The termites may have shown up uninvited, but they picked the wrong house to mess with. This community has already proven what's possible when we come together. Phase One is proof of that.

Now it's time to finish what we started.

Donate to the Iyanee' House Fund Phase Two and help us turn a setback into a comeback. Your support is what keeps this mission alive, and your continued generosity is what will carry us across the finish line.
