Meet Us at Bastrop Farmers Market Every Saturday

Every Saturday morning, you'll find us at the Bastrop Farmers Market with our finest Bison cuts and something special you can only get in person. Come join us at 1302 Chestnut Street from 10 AM to 2 PM and take home meat raised in right relationship with the Land and with our Buffalo relatives.

We bring the cuts our community loves most: steaks, ground Bison, ribs, and more. If you're looking for something truly unique, ask us about our fresh Bison jerky, available only on Saturdays while stocks last.

Because we believe good food should nourish both body and land, we keep our prices fair and our practice regenerative. Every purchase supports a Indigenous woman-led operation, employment, and the restoration of our kinship with the Buffalo on the Southern Plains.

And yes, we accept EBT and SNAP benefits. We're committed to bringing ancestral food sovereignty within reach for every person in our community. Bring your cooler, stock up on quality Bison, and support local agriculture that honors the Land and the people who steward it.

We look forward to seeing you there!
