By participating in this event, you acknowledge and accept the following terms:

I understand and agree to the above terms of this legal and binding contract. By agreeing to participate in any and/or all events at the ranch, I agree to these terms and following conditions: The participant indemnifies Texas Tribal Buffalo Project for any loss or damage caused or suffered as a result of participating in our casting calls and any or all events. The participant also waives all rights to take any legal actions against Texas Tribal Buffalo Project. The participant agrees to be bound by any terms or conditions as set out in this Agreement.

For valuable consideration, I hereby irrevocably consent to and authorize Texas Tribal Buffalo Project to use any and all photographs and video, in all forms, which have been taken of me. The photographs and/or video in all forms shall constitute the property of Texas Tribal Buffalo Project.
